A new Story

My Uncle Rob was a retired Navy man. He was a generous, loving, fun, smart man. He loved to fish, watch nascar (go #8) and mess with computers. He spent many years driving semi's over the road and was responsible for many people being able to go to the store of their choice and purchase the things they needed, by carrying the products to them driving. He loved his family and through thick and thin we love(ed) him. His sister, Fran White, was very special to him. She always did what she could to take care of him and he appreciated it. He loved her with all of his heart. He had three great nieces. Keightlyn, Karly, and Kassie. They spent a lot of time making him smile (sometimes Keightlyn did this by watching C.S.I. or N.C.I.S. with him) I am his niece, Valerie. My uncle and i had a tight relationship. I was able to talk to him when others couldn't and I could get him to go out and have fun like no one else. Mark, my fiance, was also very close to Uncle Rob. Uncle Rob loved it when mark would bake for him and they spent a lot of time with their heads together under the hood of one or the other of our chevys. Tim, My moms fiance, also grew very close in the last couple of months of his life. They enjoyed watching nascar together every weekend. Nacho Neighbors, my other Uncle, was in his own words his brother. He loved that man like they had the same blood in their veins. They did so much together but they really liked to drink budweiser and argue lol. Danny Frank, also in Uncle Robs words his brother (and my daddy), was also very special to him. They both taught me how to fish and looked away when I snuk drinks of their beer (so did uncle Nacho) lol. He is in heaven now with the rest of our family. We still love and miss him so very much words can not describe. His death took us by surprise but we are grateful for the years we did get to spend with him. Rest in peace Uncle Rob, we will see you again one day.
